Toro Negro was born from a simple idea: coffee should have character. We wanted to find something different from the usual coffee experience — something bold, authentic and connected to a place with its own story. That search led us to Mexico, where coffee has been grown for generations among mountains, volcanic soils and unique climates. We fell in love with the richness and personality of Mexican coffee and wanted to bring a little piece of it to Europe.

Toro Negro is our way of sharing that spirit, one cup at a time.

Our beans come from Mexico and are roasted with care in Austria, bringing together Mexican roots and European craft. The bull represents everything we believe the brand should be: bold, curious, independent and never afraid to stand out. And with Pablito by our side, we’re here to prove that coffee doesn’t have to be boring.

It can have a story, a little attitude, and maybe even some horns.
